Will a deposit be requested?

Yes, a deposit of 35% of the total amount is required.

 

Which are the accepted methods of payment?

It’s possible to pay by Credit Card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), Bancomat, bank transfer, in cash or cheque.

 

When will the stay be paid?

The stay will be paid at the moment of the handover of the apartment.

 

What are the check in and check out times?

It is possible to check in from 16:00 to 19:00 and the check out must be done by 9:30.

 

In case of a change to the booking, is it the payment of a penalty requested?

In the event of non-arrival of guests, the deposit will be retained.

 

Are animals allowed?

Yes, animals are allowed, upon prior request. A fee of €10.00 per day will be charged for each of them.

 

Is there a parking?

Yes, there is, every apartment has one or two private boxes.

 

Are the room and bathroom linen included in the price?

Yes, linen are included in the price.

 

How often is cleaning carried out?

Cleaning is carried out at the end of your stay. If our guests want additional cleaning during the stay it’s possible to request it and it requires an extra payment.

 

Are cradles and high chairs available?

Yes, they are.

 

Are there agreements with ski and bike rental, restaurants or other activities on the territory?

Yes, “Al Bait Ross” has an agreement with the rental Okgo, the National Ski School, besides with QC Terme Bagni Vecchi and QC Terme Bagni Nuovi.

Perfect

Everything was perfect. New and comfortable furniture. We can safe our car in garage. The apartment was only 5 minutes from cable car! The hosts were very nice, helpful and very cared about us, that we felt good in their apartment throughout our stay.
