Al Bait Ross is an eco-sustainable project and carefully tended, made up of accurate and conscious choices. The house was built using high quality materials and advanced technologies, is equipped with geothermal underfloor heating, photovoltaic panels and a controlled mechanical ventilation system. The house is surrounded by a large garden where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. The apartments are bright, with balconies and large windows that allow the warm sun of the Magica Terra to enter.

The local wood is in each one of the four apartments of the Bait Ross: Gembro, Lares, Koler and Teol, translated from the local dialect: Swiss stone pine, Larch, Hazel and Austrian pine. It conveys warmth and a sense of typicality that is unique for those who decide to spend their vacation in Bormio, in the heart of the Alps.
The love for traditions and the typical Alpine style that characterise several elements of the furniture, hasn’t prevented us from giving to all our apartments a touch of modernity, that has been gently included and gives life to a mix of styles. Our apartments are well equipped: you won’t need to worry about anything, it's like being at home, or even better! We want to make sure that you can have all the comfort available.
The location of Al Bait Ross gives the guests a great advantage: once arrived in Bormio and parked your car, you can decide to fully enjoy your experience in the mountains without having to turn it on again until you leave. This will be possible thanks to the nearby cableways, only 50 metres from the house, the thermal facilities of Bormio are easily reachable on foot!
